The Alt+W+Enter key combination will close the current drawing. The sequence looks long here in text, but when you actually use it, the result is actually very fast.

The Alt key will activate all the menu shortcuts that have a shortcut associated to them. These shortcut letters appear with underlines.

Alt+A+Enter will start the Library Manager, Alt+F+Enter will start a new drawing, and on and on.
